State Requirements

Attention State of Texas Drinking Water System Operators

If you are a Texas resident who purchased a course enrollment that includes an exam, the state of Texas requires exams taken as part of correspondence or online courses to be monitored. As part of successfully completing such a course, you are required to complete and submit an Affidavit of Exam Completion.

Attention State of Washington Drinking Water System Operators

If you are a Washington resident who purchased a course enrollment that includes an exam, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) requires exams taken as part of distance education or self-study courses to be closed-book, monitored examinations. As part of successfully completing such a course, you are required to complete and submit an Affidavit of Distance Education Examination Monitoring.
